The California Catholic Conference is hiring an Office Manager. The position will be responsible for overseeing HR and staff benefit administration, working with bookkeeper on financial issues, providing budget support, maintaining office policies, procedures and staff records, office maintenance and additional staff support. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combined education and work experience as well as office manager/executive assistant and supervisorial experience. Candidates will be Catholics in good standing who have a desire to work for the Catholic bishops of California and assist in promoting their advocacy and pastoral efforts.
